Athlete of the Week Kevin Haag Scranton (Jr., 1B - Ossining, N.Y.) Scranton junior Kevin Haag batted .500 with seven hits including one home run and one double in Scranton's 2-2 (1-1 Landmark) week. He also drew three week, scored four runs, and had four RBI while posting a .611 on-base percentage. Haag went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored in an 8-3 win over Elmira on Thursday and added three hits, three walks, two runs scored, and an RBI in a split at Moravian on Saturday as the Royals clinched a playoff berth.
Pitcher of the Week Evan Kulig Moravian (Sr., INF/P - Allentown, Pa.) Moravian senior Evan Kulig earned the win in his only appearance on the mound during a 2-1 week for the Greyhounds, and he became the 19th pitcher in school history to reach 100 strikeouts in the game. Kulig had eight strikeouts in eight innings during the Greyhounds 8-4 win over Scranton to clinch the second seed in the 2019 Landmark Conference tournament. He also had two hits with two runs and and RBI in 10 at-bats during the week and one putout and a pair of assists.
