Catholic's senior forward Jay Howard set a new career-high with 33 points in the Cardinals upset win over previously undefeated Juniata. The Cards defeated the No. 23-ranked Eagles, 82-70, as Howard played all 40 minutes and went 12-of-19 from the field. Howard averaged nearly 30 points for the week with 26 against Widener, a game that saw a buzzer-beater go against the Cardinals. He ended the week with averages of 29.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 51.4 shooting from the floor and 74.2 from the line with 11.5 free throws.
