Drew's Bonder Claims All-America Honors
Drew's Dan Bonder was named an National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-American. The senior defender was selected to the third team following his outstanding final campaign with the Rangers.

Landmark Honors Six Senior Scholar Athletes
The Landmark Conference has chosen six athletes as Landmark Senior Scholar Athletes for their respective fall sports. A committee of Landmark Conference officers, athletics directors and sports information directors selected the recipients, choosing one senior from each of the fall sports sponsored by the conference. The honorees must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and are selected based on their accomplishments in all areas of college life including athletics, academics and other extracurricular activities.

Susquehanna Leads President's All-Sports Cup Standings After Fall Season
On the strength of claiming three Landmark Conference Championships during the fall, Susquehanna University sits atop the Landmark Presidents All-Sports Cup standings after the completion of the fall sports season. With six of the Landmarks 20 sports having finished their seasons, Susquehanna is atop the standings with a score of 7.67. Juniata College, who was in first place in the fall of the 2007 season sits in second place with 7.00 points. The University of Scranton and The Catholic University of America round out the top half of the standings with 6.08 and 5.92 points respectively.

Nine Men's Soccer Players Earn All-Region Honors
Nine Landmark Conference men's soccer players closed their season by earning spots on the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Adidas All-Region Teams. The conference earned one player on the first team, three on the second team and four on the third team.

Thirty-Two Student-Athletes Named To Fall All-Academic Team
The Landmark Conference has announced that 32 student-athletes have been honored with selection to the 2008 Fall Landmark All-Academic Team. Two male and two female athletes from each of the eight Landmark institutions were selected for the team which honors athletes who have excelled athletically and academically. Nominees could compete in any of the Landmark fall sports and must be a sophomore or older with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Men's Soccer All-Conference Team Announced
The Landmark Conference has honored twenty-four student-athletes with selections to the to the 2008 All-Landmark Conference Mens Soccer team as voted by the conferences eight head coaches. The inaugural All-Landmark Team includes a first and second team with 12 honorees on each team, with the selections being made by position. The voting for the All-Conference Team took place after the conclusion of the regular season and prior to the start of the Landmark postseason.

Goucher men's soccer and Salisbury have squared off against one another at least once every year since 1993 but the Gophers really had very little to show for their efforts. Sixteen times the two teams met over a 15-year period and the Sea Gulls prevailed each and every time. That changed Tuesday night as the Gophers earned a 1-1 draw against the 17th-ranked Sea Gulls.
