Landmark Women's Lacrosse Teams Honored By IWLCA

MADISON, N.J. - Four Landmark Conference women's lacrosse teams have been chosen as Honor Teams by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA). Drew University, Goucher College, Moravian College and The Catholic University of America each were selected as Honor Teams after compiling a team GPA of 3.00 or better for the 2006-07 academic year.

The IWLCA recognized 41 Division III institutions as Honor Team recipients.

In addition a total of eight student-athletes from three separate institutions were selected to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. Goucher, Catholic and Drew each had at least two representatives on the team. The Division III Academic Honor Roll Team consisted of 187 women from 76 different institutions.
