Catholic - The reigning Landmark Coaching Staff of the Year looks lo lead the Cardinals back to the top of the conference and the NCAA Tournament after taking CUA to the Elite 8 in each of the last two seasons.

Juniata - The defending conference champions aim for a repeat in 2015. With 18 players returning and seven starters coming back, the Eagles are primed to do so. A talented freshman class further strengthens an already strong squad.

Scranton - The Royals will need to replace the offensive and defensive production lost in the graduating class, including conference Offensive Player of the Year Alyssa Fania, and three-year starter Krista Mundy in goal. Jessica Pankey's return gives Scranton one of the region's top defenders, and Krista Osborne will provide the offensive punch.

Elizabethtown –Team returns top four scorers from a year ago, plus some key pieces on defense.., and should compete for a conference tournament spot once again. After losing goalie Selene Jones, who started every game and played every minute last year, the Blue Jays are hoping to have one of their underclassman step up. Etown lost number of talented seniors, including three-time all-conference first team pick Taylor Alwine, D Emily Mason, M Kaylee Werner, D Kendra Hudson and D Marissa Sneeringer.
