  • Eight Landmark Teams Recognized with Academic Award

    The NSCAA annually recognizes college and high school soccer programs that have excelled in the classroom, in addition to their work on the pitch. A total of 862 soccer teams, including eight Landmark teams, posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2012-13 academic year.
  • Landmark Names Fall All-Sportsmanship Teams

    For the first time in Landmark Conference history, 45 student-athletes have been named to the All-Sportsmanship Team. The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

  • Drew Women's Soccer Falls to Misericordia

    Making their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 1997, the Drew University women's soccer team (15-4-1) fell in the first round to #10 Misercordia (19-2-1) by a score of 2-0. The Cougars advance to the round of 32 for the third consecutive year.
  • Landmark Releases Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams

    The University of Scranton women’s soccer team went undefeated in Landmark action once again and wrapped up conference play with a sweep of the major All-Conference awards. Samantha Russo and Erin Casey have been chosen as the Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year respectively. Christina Akalski was voted Rookie of the Year and head coach Colleen Murphy and her staff were selected Coaching Staff of the Year.
  • Juniata Women’s Soccer Earns ECAC Bid

    The Juniata College women's soccer team has been selected to take part in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III South Women's Soccer Championship, the organization announced Monday night. As the No. 5 seed, the Eagles will travel to No. 4 Grove City College for a first round matchup at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
  • Drew and Scranton Earn NCAA Tournament Bids

    Making the program's second NCAA Tournament appearance, the Drew University (15-3-1) women's soccer team found out they will travel to and play regional host, Misericordia (18-2-1) for the first round. Scranton (15-2-3) earned an at-large bid to the Tournament and will face Endicott (15-5-2) at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vt.

    The Drew University women's soccer team won the 2013 Landmark Conference Championship, defeating the University of Scranton, 4-3 in penalty kicks. The Rangers receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
